SIB Management is hiring a high-energy, experienced bilingual Community Manager for Cedar Ridge Townhomes, a 172-unit townhome community featuring 2- and 3-bedroom homes with garages, private yards or balconies, and washer/dryer hookups.
This is a hands-on management position for someone who takes ownership of the property's performance, maintains high standards, and is comfortable managing both leasing and maintenance operations.
You will supervise one Leasing/Assistant Manager and four maintenance employees.
Office Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday rotation required: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay based on experience
- Year-end performance bonus – approximately $2,000

What You'll Do
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of the property
- Supervise, train, and hold accountable the leasing/assistant manager and maintenance team
- Drive leasing, renewals, occupancy, and resident retention
- Monitor leads and ensure consistent prospect follow-up
- Oversee rent collection and delinquency
- Handle resident concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate maintenance operations, work orders, unit turns, and preventive maintenance
- Conduct regular property and vacant-unit inspections
- Maintain strong curb appeal and property condition
- Ensure vacant units are turned quickly and ready for leasing
- Review invoices, control expenses, and work within property budgets
- Enforce lease terms and company policies consistently
- Maintain accurate resident, leasing, and property records
- Prepare reports and communicate property performance to regional/corporate management
- Work closely with vendors and contractors when needed
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and applicable landlord-tenant laws
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of property management experience, including experience managing a large apartment or townhome community
- Previous experience directly supervising at least 2 employees
- Fluent English and Spanish required
- Strong leasing, collections, customer-service, and problem-solving skills
- Outgoing, confident, energetic, and goal-oriented
- Able to lead employees and hold team members accountable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and making day-to-day decisions
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Gmail, and Facebook
- Reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Must live on-site or within approximately 20 minutes of the property
- Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Verifiable references from previous property-management employers
