Requirements
- Licensed and insured contractor
- Proven experience installing replacement windows and doors
- Strong knowledge of proper flashing, sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing techniques
- Ability to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Reliable transportation and installation tools
- Ability to pass background screening if required
- Excellent communication and professionalism with homeowners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Pella® window and door products
- Familiarity with The Pella Way installation methods and best practices
- Experience working in occupied residential homes
- Ability to identify and address installation challenges while maintaining manufacturer specifications
