COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$500 Referral bonus
COMPANY DRIVERS -
Neighboring States:
- Solo Pay: $0.65 per mile
- Bonus 2¢ (1¢ Safety + 1¢ Loyalty)
- Potential Rate 67 cents/mile
- Delivery/Pickup paid
Indiana to Texas:
- Solo Pay: $0.61 per mile
- Team Pay: $0.70 per mile
Indiana to California:
- Solo Pay: $0.66 per mile
- Team Pay: $0.80 per mile
OWNER OPERATORS
Indiana to Texas:
- Highway Solo: $1.42 per mile
- Highway Team: $1.50 per mile
- Consistent Miles
- Fuel cap: $2.95/gallon
Indiana to California:
- Highway Solo: $1.52 per mile
- Highway Team: $1.60 per mile
- Consistent Miles
- Fuel cap: $2.95/gallon

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Class A CDL License
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Clean background check
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to relocate to Indianapolis, IN before starting work (Required)
