We are seeking full time and part time Mental Health Workers to carry out the assigned tasks and duties required to provide holistic care to the patients, organize and coordinate patient activities and contribute to the maintenance of the therapeutic milieu.
The job is in-person onsite at our Saratoga campus in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Job highlights:
· Full time / Part time (various shifts)
· Thorough training of the department-specific duties, policies and procedures
· Cross-training provided for adult, adolescent and child populations
· Must be adaptable/flexible with daily assignments
· Two-day training provided in crisis intervention to participate in acute situations.
· Applicants must be capable of running, twisting, arching and lifting.

Qualifications:
- Applicants must be a high school graduate.
- Higher education in psychology or other health related field is preferred
- One year of related experience preferred but on-the-job training will be provided
- Possess strong communication skills, written and oral
- Possess the ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries at all times
The pay range is $17.86/hr - $26.00/hr
(plus additional compensation for higher education and shift differentials)
