Pathfield Investments LLC is hiring dependable, safety-focused Machine Operators and Concrete Finishers to support our growing infrastructure and roadway maintenance operations throughout Texas.
We work alongside Texas Department of Transportation projects specializing in:
- Bridge Preventive Maintenance
- Roadway Maintenance
- Concrete & Sidewalk Construction
- Highway Infrastructure Improvements
We are looking for motivated individuals with "experience" operating heavy equipment, performing roadway maintenance, concrete finishing, and working in fast-paced outdoor construction environments.
Open Positions
Machine Operators
Experience operating one or more of the following:
- Skid Steers
- Bobcats
- CAT equipment
- Mini Excavators
Concrete Finishers
Responsibilities:
- Concrete placement and finishing
- Sidewalk and curb repairs
- Surface smoothing and patching
- Joint sealing and concrete restoration
- Form setting and grading assistance

Qualifications
- Experience operating construction equipment preferred
- Experience in concrete finishing or roadway construction preferred
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
- Must be willing to travel 100% with assigned crews throughout Texas
- Typical travel rotation is 1–2 weeks at a time
- Transportation and hotel accommodations are company-paid
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
