Claremont Companies LLC is seeking an accomplished, energetic, and resident-focused Property Manager to lead Aeronaut, a beautifully maintained luxury apartment community in a highly desirable Weymouth location.

Reporting to the Vice President of Residential Management, the Property Manager will oversee all aspects of community operations while driving occupancy, financial performance, resident satisfaction, team development, and property excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for all daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, vendor management, and administrative functions
- Lead, support, and develop a high-performing on-site team while promoting accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service
- Maintain the community to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall presentation
- Oversee leasing and retention efforts, including marketing, prospect follow-up, tours, application approvals, move-ins, renewals, and resident engagement
- Monitor occupancy, traffic, leasing conversions, renewals, and competitive market conditions to achieve property performance goals
- Build strong relationships with residents and address concerns promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-oriented approach
- Prepare and manage the annual operating budget while closely monitoring revenue, expenses, variances, and overall financial performance
- Review and approve invoices, rent collections, delinquency reports, accounts receivable, and other property financial documentation
- Partner with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure service requests, preventive maintenance, capital projects, and property needs are handled efficiently
- Conduct routine property inspections and develop corrective action plans when needed
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws, Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and operational standards
- Prepare accurate reports and communicate property performance, opportunities, and action plans to senior leadership
- Serve as a professional and positive representative of Aeronaut and Claremont Companies within the community
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of residential property management experience; luxury multifamily experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of property operations, leasing practices, and maintenance coordination
- Familiarity with Massachusetts landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable
- Strong financial, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities, make sound decisions, and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Yardi and CRM a plus.
