What You’ll Do
- Perform full grooming services for dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Bathe, trim, de-matt, shave, and style with precision and care
- Maintain grooming tools and workspace clean and organized
- Provide a calm, safe, and positive grooming experience
- Communicate clearly and kindly with pet parents
- Use phone or computer tools to schedule appointments, answer client messages, and process payments
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a professional pet groomer
- Knowledge of grooming techniques and canine anatomy
- Patience, compassion, and confidence with all types of dogs
- Detail-oriented with strong grooming and finishing skills
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Comfortable using digital tools for client communication
- Must live near or have reliable transportation to Sterling, MA.
Requirements
- Must provide photos or portfolio of previous grooming work
- Availability on weekdays and/or weekends
- Punctual and professional at all times
Compensation
- Independent Contractor position (1099)
- 50/50 commission split
