About the Role
This position owns the full lifecycle of each vehicle—from the moment we purchase it at auction to the moment it’s delivered to the customer. If you like staying busy, being trusted with responsibility, and working with a team that’s on the rise, this is the right spot.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and broker transportation from auction to the dealership
- Inspect all incoming vehicles for damage, missing items, and overall condition
- Prep vehicles for the shop (tag repair needs, stage vehicles)
- Make sure every vehicle is clean, presentable, and photo-ready
- Assist with reconditioning flow and mechanic communication
- Procure parts and supplies as needed
- Keep the lot organized and maintain proper vehicle placement
- Keep accurate notes and updates on vehicle status
- Help with general dealership operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- Reliable, detail-oriented, organized
- Comfortable driving all types of vehicles
- Able to work on your feet and handle a fast pace
- Good communication skills
- Automotive or logistics experience is a plus, not required
