Title of position: Production Lead
Position type: Full-Time (5 days)
Description of responsibilities:
· Oversee production line(s) and operations.
· Ensure all operators have sufficient work.
· Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding standards of quality, productivity, efficiency based on standards and the hourly/daily goals.
· Address quality issues with operator and train as needed to ensure products meet the highest customer expectations. Communicate quality issues with the Quality Department.
· Assist Training Manager with training new operators.
· Provide daily production numbers to Plant Manager.
· Contributes to the effectiveness of Bestwork’s quality management system.
· Other duties, as assigned.
Required experience: Must be capable of learning and performing all operations in the various departments.
