Poor Red’s has been serving guests since the 1950s and has become one of the most recognized restaurants and bars in the region — known for our high-volume kitchen, strong team culture, wood-fired grill, live music atmosphere, and the world-famous Gold Cadillac.
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in putting out consistent, quality food.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Poor Red’s standards
- Work stations, including grill, sauté, fry, prep, and expo support
- Maintain speed, consistency, and plate presentation during high-volume service
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized throughout shifts
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with prep, stocking, and cleaning duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Kitchen experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team-first mentality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
