We are seeking a friendly, polished, and dependable Part-Time Weekend Concierge to join our team at a luxury residential high-rise in Downtown Austin.
This is a permanent weekend position — not an on-call or fill-in role.
We are looking for someone who wants consistent weekend hours and can become a reliable, long-term member of our concierge team.
We are currently hiring for two permanent weekend shift options:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon/Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

What You'll Do:
As a Concierge, you are one of the first points of contact for our residents and guests and play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and secure environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting residents, guests, vendors, and contractors
- Providing attentive and professional customer service
- Assisting residents with general questions and requests
- Answering phones and responding to building inquiries
- Monitoring building access and following established security procedures
- Assisting with packages, deliveries, and vendor access
- Communicating maintenance or building concerns to the appropriate team member
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk
- Completing shift reports and clearly communicating important information to the incoming concierge and management
- Following building policies, procedures, and emergency protocols

Previous experience in concierge services, luxury residential, hospitality, hotels, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred, but not a requiremwnt.
