Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – Pediatric Services
Oasis Rehabilitation Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide high-quality pediatric therapy services in Miami-Dade County.
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to pediatric patients.
- Document treatment sessions accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and payer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Occupational Therapy Assistant License.
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
