We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator / Front Office Assistant who brings warmth, focus, and professionalism to every interaction. Someone who doesn’t just schedule appointments, but helps create a smooth and supportive experience for every patient who walks through the door.

What You’ll Do
Patient Scheduling & Front Desk Coordination
- Schedule physical therapy evaluations and follow-up visits
- Manage provider schedules and maintain efficient clinic flow
- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones and respond to patient questions quickly and clearly
Insurance Verification & Financial Coordination
- Verify insurance benefits, eligibility, and authorizations
- Assist patients with billing questions and payment collection
- Explain coverage, copays, and financial responsibilities clearly and professionally
- Collect copays and payments during check-in and check-out
Patient Communication & Case Support
- Communicate with patients, therapists, physicians, and administrative staff
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and scheduling needs
- Help reduce cancellations and improve patient attendance consistency
EMR & Administrative Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate patient information in EMR/EHR systems
- Maintain organized and complete electronic patient records
- Support daily front office operations in a fast-paced outpatient clinic
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1+ years of front desk, PCC, receptionist, or healthcare administrative experience
- Have experience working in a medical office, outpatient clinic, chiropractic office, or physical therapy setting
- Communicate with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
- Are comfortable multitasking in a busy healthcare environment
- Have experience with insurance verification, authorizations, scheduling, and EMR/EHR systems
- Enjoy helping people and keeping systems organized
