As Lead Phlebotomy Technician, you will ensure th e I npatient P hlebotomy, Outpatient Lab and the Specimen Processing area maintain a continuous workflow. In this role, you will complete associated duties , such a s drawing blood, transport ing specimens and interpreting physician orders . Despite serving in a leadership role, you will still serve as a team member , showing exceptional customer service to facilitate a positive patient experience .
