Hiring: QuickBooks Online Ninja — Bookkeeper
We’re looking for a highly accurate, detail-obsessed bookkeeper who knows QuickBooks Online inside and out. This role has real growth potential for someone who is reliable, attentive, and serious about doing things right.
Role: Bookkeeper / QBO Expert
Salary: $50,000 to $60,000/year based on experience
Growth: Opportunity to grow with the company
Location: Remote (hours 8am-5pm PST, non-negotiable)
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online
- Clean up and organize financial records
- Manage AP/AR and ensure accurate reporting
- Assist with month-end close and financial statements
- Spot inconsistencies before they become bigger issues
- Document processing utilizing AI
- Email monitoring
What we’re looking for:

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
