We're a high-performing Brooklyn real estate team that moves fast, executes flawlessly, and builds careers. We're looking for a driven Leasing Operations Manager ready to take ownership of our entire rental deal pipeline and establish themselves as the operational leader.
This is the role for an ambitious operations professional who understands that excellence in the backend directly translates to client satisfaction, agent productivity, and revenue growth. You'll manage the complete deal lifecycle — application processing through lease execution — and be the strategic operator who elevates our processes, scales our capacity, and builds a reputation for operational excellence.
What You'll Lead
Deal Pipeline & Application Management
- Own the full rental application lifecycle, driving every deal from intake through close with precision and accountability
- Manage applicant and guarantor communications with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with agents to ensure complete, submission-ready deal files
- Proactively track and resolve bottlenecks before they impact timelines
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Establish and maintain rigorous standards for application completeness and accuracy
- Review lease documents with meticulous attention to detail — protecting our clients and reputation
- Ensure all documentation meets management company requirements and regulatory standards
- Build trust through consistent, error-free execution
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Partner strategically with management companies, agents, and clients to keep deals moving seamlessly
- Submit clean, professional application packages that get approved the first time
- Communicate approvals, timelines, and outcomes with clarity and confidence
- Be the reliable connector between all parties — making everyone's job easier
Lease Execution & Payment Administration
- Coordinate DocuSign execution and confirm all signatures on timeline
- Verify lease terms, payment structures, and move-in details with precision
- Track deposits, first month rent, and other payments — leaving nothing to chance
- Build strong relationships with clients through responsive, professional service
Process Optimization & Problem-Solving
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions that scale
- When deals get stuck, you unstick them — with creativity, persistence, and professionalism
- Continuously improve workflows to accelerate timelines and reduce errors
- Own your processes and drive measurable improvements in deal velocity
