About Arrival Academy
Arrival Academy is the training and certification platform created by Arrival Gallery to prepare independent sales agents for success. Through a structured online learning experience, selected applicants will receive professional sales training, complete assessments, and earn a certificate that qualifies them to work independently with Arrival Gallery opportunities.
How It Works
- 1. Submit your application.
- 2. Complete the online assessment.
- 3. If accepted, enroll in the Arrival Academy course.
- 4. Complete the training and final evaluation.
- 5. Receive your Arrival Academy Certificate.
- 6. Begin working independently as a freelance sales agent.
What You’ll Do After Certification
- Promote Arrival Gallery products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, social media, or networking.
- Present offers and answer customer questions.
- Maintain professional communication and accurate records.
- Work independently while following Arrival Gallery guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be able to read and understand written English, as the Arrival Academy course materials are delivered in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Have strong communication skills in their preferred language
- Have access to a reliable internet connection.
- Be comfortable using email, messaging apps, and basic online tools.
- Demonstrate professionalism, self-motivation, and good time management.
- Be willing to complete the Arrival Academy assessment and training program.
Preferred (not required):
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or marketing.
- Existing professional or social networks.
Compensation
This is a freelance independent position. Certified sales agents work on a flexible schedule and manage their own working hours. After successfully completing the Arrival Academy certification, you will begin working as an Independent Sales Agent.
Your earnings are 100% performance-based. Sales Agents receive 15% commission on every successful sale they generate.

- Participation in the assessment does not guarantee acceptance into the Academy.
- Acceptance into the Academy does not guarantee assignments, leads, or a minimum income.
- Successful completion of the course is required to receive certification.
