Account Executive – Express Capital Funding (On‑Site | Anaheim, CA)

We’re a direct lender providing commercial working capital loans and merchant cash advances nationwide. Our model makes selling faster and easier — we originate, fund, and service everything in‑house. As we scale, we’re investing heavily in marketing, lead quality, and training to help our team produce at a high level.
What the Role Looks Like
- High‑volume outbound calling
- Building and managing a consistent pipeline
- Talking directly with business owners
- Fast pace, daily coaching, and clear expectations
- Working closely with underwriting to structure repayment plans that match each client’s cash flow
This is an on‑site role in Anaheim, CA. We’re considering candidates who are local or open to relocating.

Responsibilities
- Make 100–150 outbound calls daily
- Generate new business and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Work with underwriting to customize repayment plans
- Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with clients
Qualifications
- Inside sales experience preferred
- Proven top performer with consultative, value‑based selling skills
- Coachable, competitive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑volume sales environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce)
