Responsibilities:

Marketing our geotechnical engineering services to the transportation market in Texas
-
TXDOT experience including design-build projects
-
Effectively manage client base and client satisfaction
-
Prepare proposals and invoices
-
Manage field engineering and testing
-
Perform, write, and/or review engineering analyses, technical reports, and consultation on transportation projects
-
Interact and support other ESP operations with technical analysis, as necessary

Quality of all work operations and deliverables
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred)

Professional Engineering License in Texas
-
5-10 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering on transportation projects

Must have experience with TXDOT geotechnical design including design-build projects sufficient to achieve prequalification with TXDOT

Displays strong technical skills including the performance of foundation analyses, settlement analysis, slope stability analysis, ground improvement techniques, and seismic and liquefaction analyses

Is results-oriented with excellent skills in organization, planning, and attention to detail
-
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills with an outgoing personality

Displays strong leadership and personnel management skills

Is proactive in the advancement of business development

Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving (MVR) policy.
