Compensation & Earning Potential
We believe in transparent pay — here is exactly what you can earn:
- Base service commission: $25/hour+ (based on experience)
- Scheduling tier add-on: $0.50–$2.00/hour based on evening and weekend availability
- Tips: 100% yours — our LMTs average approximately $15/hour in gratuities
- Add-on SPIFFs for enhancements (you control a healthy payout, more upsell -> more in your paycheck)
- No-show compensation provided
New Grad/Licensee Earning example (evening/weekend availability):
$25 base commission + $2 scheduling tier + ~$15 tips = ~$42/hour total earning potential
Sign-On & Referral Bonus
- $500 sign-on bonus for full-time Licensed Massage Therapists (pro-rated for part-time; pay out conditions apply)
- $350 employee referral bonus for full-time referrals; $250 for part-time — paid after new hire completes 3 months of uninterrupted service

Schedule & Flexibility
- Full-time and part-time LMT positions available — flexible schedule to fit your life
- 2–5 days per week; choose shifts that work for you
- Shifts available Monday–Sunday including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Evening and weekend shifts earn the highest scheduling tier pay and fill fastest for new therapists
- Late morning starts available Thursday and Friday (around 12PM)
Day-to-Day
- Perform quality therapeutic bodywork including consecutive 50 and 80-minute sessions
- Customize each session to client needs and wellness goals
- Communicate clearly with clients before, during, and after each session
- Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to support client wellness journeys
- Recommend and upsell enhancements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room
- Maintain accurate client records
What We're Looking For
- Valid North Carolina massage therapy license or proof of application submission
- Minimum 500 hours of massage therapy training and certificate of completion
- Genuine passion for client care and improving lives
- Reliable, professional, and a positive team contributor
- Open to learning new protocols and expanding your skill set
- Must carry liability insurance (AMTA membership covers this at no cost)
