St. Nick Pool Management Co., Inc. is hiring certified Lifeguards for a private community pool in Freehold, NJ.
We're looking for dependable, friendly lifeguards who enjoy working outdoors and providing a safe, welcoming environment for residents. If you're looking for a flexible summer job with competitive pay and a supportive management team, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay
$17–$20 per hour, based on experience, availability, and certification.
Season
Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.
Schedule

Responsibilities
- Supervise swimmers and maintain a safe pool environment
- Enforce community pool rules professionally and respectfully
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care when needed
- Perform routine water testing and complete daily logs
- Keep the pool deck clean, organized, and welcoming
- Provide friendly, professional service to residents and guests
Requirements
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- CPR certification alone is not sufficient
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and punctual
- Professional, positive attitude
