We are rapidly expanding and looking for an Account Sales Representative to join our team effective immediately! The Account Sales Rep is responsible for maximizing sales and distribution of all Company products, and for providing quality service to all customers on an assigned route. The ideal candidate is an independent worker who can maintain high standards of quality and organization without close supervision.

What you’ll do:
- Adhere to Company programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales, and minimized returns.

Determines, monitors, and controls product needs through physical inventory, current market trends, and personal discussions with retailers.

Stocks all coolers, in-store space, and builds/restocks displays to maximize product availability while maintaining quality control and freshness standards.

Responsible for negotiating, obtaining, maintaining, placing, and updating all Point-of-Sale materials at each retailer’s location.

Maintain current knowledge of all supplier brands, packages, pricing, and promotional/marketing activities.

Expected to meet the Company's retail execution standards and assist in the training and coaching of Sales Support Representatives to meet those same standards.

Other sales-related duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring:
- Prior beverage sales experience is preferred.

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for territory travel.

Clean driving record with few or no infractions.

Manual dexterity, coordination, and mobility.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds constantly, and 160 pounds occasionally.

Ability to walk, stand, climb, bend, kneel, squat, twist, and reach constantly.

Strong eye for detail and visual presentation.

Reliable time management, routing, and follow-through across multiple store locations.
- Clear communication and relationship-building with in-store teams and managers
Schedule: Monday - Friday, early mornings and evenings may be required based on route make-up, and may include weekends.
Pay: $48,000 - $55,000 annual salary plus monthly performance and execution bonuses
