Qualifications
Case Managers (QMHS)
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field OR High School Diploma with at least 3 years qualifying behavioral health/direct care experience.
- Strong communication and engagement skills.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and community resources.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
- Ability to successfully complete BCI/FBI background checks.
Therapists
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
- Active Ohio license (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC) or qualifying licensure.
- Experience providing individual and family therapy preferred.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices, including CBT and trauma-informed care.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
- Ability to successfully complete BCI/FBI background checks.
