Pay - $37.00 / hour
Responsibilities:
* Lead daily facility operations and maintenance activities for a 50,000+ sq. ft. multi-story building
* Oversee HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, air handling units, and life safety equipment to ensure reliable operation
* Plan, schedule, and manage preventive maintenance, repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects
* Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, tenants, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
* Monitor work orders, maintenance programs, and project progress while maintaining detailed reports and documentation
* Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, conduct inspections, and promote a strong safety culture
* Develop project estimates, manage resources, and track budgets and expenditures
* Serve as the primary onsite engineering leader, providing technical expertise and operational support for building systems
* Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and government representatives to support facility objectives
* Ensure compliance with contract requirements, building regulations, and maintenance best practices
Requirements:
* 2+ years of management or facilities maintenance leadership experience
* Strong knowledge of commercial building systems, HVAC, and preventive maintenance programs
* EPA 608 Certification, OSHA 30, or related engineering certifications preferred
* Experience with maintenance management software (CMMS) and project coordination
* At least 2 years of recent (within the past 5 years) experience in directing operation and maintenance of equipment in a supervisory capacity
* A minimum of 2 years of recent (within the past 5 years) Siemens BAS systems, boilers, chillers, over 300 tons and other characteristics of the equipment.
* EPA 608 Certification, A/C Refrigeration Operator Certification, and or one or more of the following
- N.A.P.E. Certification Air Conditioning III-Operations and Management
- Advanced Boiler Operator Certification
- Internal Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) (Class-2 minimum 1-prefered) stationary engineer
