- Coordinate reservations and walk-ins efficiently; maintain a smooth flow in the dining area
- Work collaboratively with the serving team to ensure seamless guest transitions
- Stay attentive and organized; keep the waiting area comfortable and informed
- Handle transactions accurately; contribute to maintaining clean and prepared dining areas; assist with associated side tasks
- Approach inquiries or concerns with a positive demeanor; address challenges promptly and offer solutions
