Member Duties : The Learning & Development (L&D) Outreach Coordinator VISTA will build the department’s capacity to connect community members with education and workforce opportunities that promote economic opportunity. Guided by L&D’s mission to expand the idea of what’s possible, the VISTA will strengthen outreach systems, develop sustainable partnerships, and increase awareness of training and career pathways. Through these efforts, the position will help reduce barriers to employment and education.
