A growing, client-focused medical aesthetics practice is seeking an experienced and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. We are committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven treatments while providing a relaxing and personalized client experience.

What You’ll Do
Perform a variety of massage techniques, including:
- Deep tissue
- Swedish
- Sports massage
- Prenatal
- Manual and post-operative lymphatic drainage
- Hot stone massage
- Aromatherapy massage
- Cupping and trigger point therapy
- Assisted stretching / mobility therapy
- Pre and post-treatment massage support for aesthetic and body contouring procedures
- Conduct thorough client consultations, including medical history and treatment goals
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend at-home care practices
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Provide a high-quality, professional, and relaxing client experience
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Proactively recommend additional services and wellness treatments
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques and continuing education
What We’re Looking For
- Active Illinois Massage Therapy License (required)
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and therapeutic techniques
- Experience with advanced modalities (lymphatic drainage, prenatal, cupping, etc.) preferred
- Experience with post-operative lymphatic drainage and body contouring support highly preferred
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and passion for wellness
