Participate in the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of academic success and bar preparation courses, workshops, and related programming.
Teach academic success and bar preparation courses as assigned.
Create and maintain student support resources, including Canvas pages, SharePoint sites, CALI Lessons, and other academic tools.
Advise and mentor students on academic success strategies, course planning, bar readiness, and personal and professional development.
Develop and deliver workshops and related programming on essential academic skills, bar exam strategies, and student success.
Provide instruction and feedback on legal reasoning, writing, and study strategies. Maintain a professional, supportive rapport with students, faculty, and staff.
Collaborate with faculty and administration to align academic success and bar preparation programming with evolving bar exam formats, including the NextGen Bar Exam.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all student interactions. Maintain accurate records of individual student meetings and progress. Support and uphold the mission, vision, and values of the law school.
Perform additional academic support duties as assigned.

Provide individualized bar preparation support, maintaining consistent weekly contact with assigned bar takers via email and/or messaging system.
Maintain accurate and timely records of student meetings and progress.
