Therapy & Patient Care Assistant
Sigma Core Medical Center is looking for an energetic, dependable, and compassionate Therapy & Patient Care Assistant to join our busy integrative medical practice.
We see a high volume of patients each day, so we're looking for someone who can think quickly, stay organized, provide excellent patient care, and keep things moving efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who has strong common sense, takes initiative, enjoys working with people, and can confidently work independently when needed. No prior experience with our specific therapies is required—training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate therapies and exercises for patients to follow
- Perform therapies with patients following provided training and protocols
- Set up and assist patients with therapy equipment
- Monitor patient flow and direct patients to appropriate treatment areas
- Assist providers and clinical staff as needed
- Provide general patient support throughout the treatment process
- Assist with nutrition recommendations and educational materials as directed by the clinical team
- Keep therapy and treatment areas clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Help maintain an efficient and positive patient experience
- Cross-train with other office positions and provide coverage when needed
- Perform other clinical and administrative duties as needed

Previous medical or healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Compensation
$17–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
