DESCRIPTION: This position reports directly to the Assistant Superintendent for Student Supports and Elementary Education. This is a responsible position that involves a number of tasks that require judgment and interpretation of policies and practices; discretion and confidentiality in matters are expected. Applicants must be able to multitask, have strong organizational skills, have a pleasant manner, be able to problem solve on their own, and work cooperatively with other clerical staff.
QUALIFICATIONS: The applicant should possess the skills to interact with parents, students, and staff effectively, both in person and over the phone. The successful applicant will be expected to have a working knowledge of all areas of the office. Knowledge of Power School, Google Docs, Naviline, etc are preferred. This is an ever-evolving position and changes day to day, which requires an applicant to be flexible and adaptable.
