We are seeking an experienced Fractional Sales Representative with a strong network and proven track record in the dental industry to help expand our presence across the United States.
Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who has direct experience selling products or services to dental practices, multi-location dental groups, and Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). The ideal candidate should possess existing industry relationships and be capable of generating qualified opportunities and closing business independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage prospective dental practices and DSOs across the United States.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
* Conduct prospecting, outreach, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including practice owners, executives, and DSO leadership teams.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
* Collaborate with Tenacitics leadership to refine market positioning and sales messaging.
* Provide regular pipeline, activity, and revenue forecasts.
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of sales experience in the dental or healthcare industry.
* Proven experience selling directly to dental practices and Dental Service Organizations (DSOs).
* Established network within the U.S. dental ecosystem.
* Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
* Experience working independently in a remote environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience selling healthcare technology, SaaS, staffing solutions, revenue cycle services, or operational services to dental organizations.
* Existing relationships with regional or national DSO groups.
* Experience with core PMS's: Dental, Eagle, Curve, OpenDental, Denticon

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
