Minimum Experience: Production Operations and CDL- A

We are currently looking for a Shuttle Driver (CDL-A) based out of our Kalamazoo facility. This position will operate a semi-tractor/trailer to bring product to and from our branch locations in Kalamazoo. 1ST SHIFT AND HOME EACH DAY! The successful candidate must work independently to unload and load the semi-trailer at branch locations. Must have a CDL-A license, a clean driving record, and a DOT Medical card.
- Remove finished/packaged products from behind equipment
- Load/unload products in a timely manner
- Document all loaded products and communicate discrepancies
- Transport products to the Fulfillment Center and organize finished/ packaged product in the Production Facility.
- Make multiple trips using a CLS box or semi-truck
- Place products or bins in designated areas
- CDL A license and DOT card
- Experience in product distribution
- Ability to operate CLS box or semi-truck
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Driving company vehicles (semi-truck, box truck, step van, mini-van)
- Climbing truck stairs
- Ability to push/pull industrial laundry carts weighing up to 500 lbs.
- Ability to lift 50 – 80 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to lift 15 – 30 lbs. repetitively
- Ability to operate a motorized pallet jack to move pallets full of finished/packaged product
- Obtain and maintain CDL-A License
- Obtain and maintain DOT Medical card
- Obtain and maintain a Forklift License
