ERT SpeedX is looking for reliable, motivated, and hardworking Independent Contractor Drivers to join our team during peak season.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, driving, and getting their day completed while meeting same-day delivery expectations.

PER-PACKAGE PAY
Drivers are paid based on the packages/stops they successfully deliver:
- $1.50 — ALL Temu packages and packages under 1 lb
- $1.60 — Packages over 1 lb
- $1.70 — Packages assigned to qualifying far-out routes
The more packages you successfully deliver, the more you can earn.

DAILY SCHEDULE
Package Pickup
Drivers may arrive at the warehouse between:
5:30 AM – 9:30 AM
You are responsible for arriving within the pickup window, preparing your route, loading your vehicle, and beginning deliveries.
Same-Day Delivery Requirement
ALL packages must be delivered by 9:00 PM on the SAME DAY they are picked up.
Drivers should plan their route and manage their time accordingly to ensure all assigned packages are completed by the daily deadline.

WHAT YOUR MORNING LOOKS LIKE
When you arrive at the warehouse:
1. Check in and locate your assigned packages.
2. Sort your packages.
If you arrive early enough, you may begin sorting and organizing your packages before your scheduled pickup time.
3. Scan your packages.
Scan each package to ensure it is properly assigned to your route.
4. Write your stop numbers.
Clearly mark your packages with the appropriate stop number to make locating packages throughout your route easier.
5. Organize your cart.
Keep packages organized and easy to access.
6. Load your vehicle.
Safely and efficiently load your packages into your personal vehicle.
7. Start your route.
Once your vehicle is loaded and your route is ready, begin delivering.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Have a reliable personal vehicle
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have current auto insurance
- Have a reliable smartphone capable of using the required delivery/scanning applications
- Be able to safely lift, carry, and transport packages
- Be dependable and able to consistently report for scheduled routes
- Be comfortable driving throughout the Tulsa delivery area and surrounding areas
- Be able to complete deliveries independently
- Be able to meet the 9:00 PM same-day delivery deadline
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers, warehouse staff, and other drivers

Previous delivery experience is a plus, but motivated individuals who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

ROUTES & DELIVERY AREAS
Routes may vary from day to day.
Some routes may be located farther outside the primary delivery area and may qualify for the $1.70 far-out route rate.
Drivers should be prepared for varying package counts, mileage, and delivery locations depending on the route assigned.
Peak season may involve higher package volumes and busier delivery days, so being organized and managing your time efficiently is extremely important.

IMPORTANT DRIVER EXPECTATIONS
Drivers are expected to:
- Pick up assigned packages during the designated pickup window.
- Properly scan and organize packages before leaving the warehouse.
- Safely load and secure packages in their vehicle.
- Follow their assigned route and delivery instructions.
- Make every reasonable effort to successfully complete all assigned deliveries.
- Complete all assigned packages by 9:00 PM the same day.
- Communicate promptly if an issue arises that could affect route completion.
- Treat customers, employees, fellow drivers, and warehouse personnel respectfully.
- Keep their vehicle clean, safe, and suitable for package delivery.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION
This is an Independent Contractor (1099) delivery position.
Drivers are responsible for providing and maintaining their own vehicle, driver’s license, auto insurance, fuel, and other normal expenses associated with operating their vehicle as an independent contractor.
Drivers are responsible for their own applicable taxes and recordkeeping.
