Job Summary

The Material Handler plays a key role in supporting production by ensuring materials are received, stored, and delivered accurately and efficiently throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, safety-conscious, and thrives in a manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production lines to support manufacturing operations.
- Load and prepare outgoing shipments while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through material movements, cycle counts, and inventory transactions.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored in designated locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with other warehouse or production-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, Shipping & Receiving Associate, or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to accurately read work orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
- Basic computer or inventory system experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime as needed.
- Background check required.
