We are looking for motivated licensed real estate agents to join our sales team and work hot inbound buyer and seller leads. This role is ideal for agents who are comfortable on the phone, serious about daily follow-up, and motivated to convert opportunities into closings.
This is not a passive lead-receiving position. We provide opportunities, systems, and support, but success requires consistent daily calling, strong follow-up, and a willingness to work both inbound and outbound leads.

Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to hot inbound buyer and seller leads
- Make calls every day as part of the sales team
- Follow up consistently with new leads, active prospects, past clients, and referral opportunities
- Work outbound and cold-call lead lists when needed to maintain daily call activity
- Schedule buyer consultations, listing consultations, and property showings
- Help buyers understand the market, available homes, and offer strategy
- Help sellers understand the AZ Flat Fee model and listing process
- Prepare and negotiate purchase offers
- Guide clients through inspections, escrow, and closing
- Maintain strong communication with clients and team members
- Use company systems to track lead activity, notes, follow-up, and client progress
- Stay informed on local market trends and buyer/seller opportunities
Qualifications
- Active Arizona real estate license required
- Real estate sales experience preferred
- Strong phone, communication, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable making daily calls and working leads consistently
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Able to work independently while staying aligned with team systems
- Motivated, results-driven, and committed to closing deals
- Willing to be held accountable to sales activity and follow-up expectations
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with company-provided buyer and seller leads, outbound lead opportunities, and strong earning potential for agents who are consistent, responsive, and results-driven.
