Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bail Producer to join our team, responsible for managing bail bond processes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. In this role, you will facilitate the bonding process for clients, coordinate with law enforcement agencies, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure smooth and efficient bail transactions. You will not be responsible for client recovery or bounty hunting, annd this is a non-liable producer role with a schedule is semi flexible. Key areas we are looking for are Natrona County, Laramie County, Fremont County, Teton County, Goshen County.
Duties
- Process bail bond applications accurately using specialized financial software and industry-standard protocols. Process paperwork accurately. Maintain control of you bond inventory.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to verify client information
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including contracts, collateral documentation, and client communications. Send in reports and client documents in a timely manner.
- Travel to incarceration facilities to post bonds.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist with marketing and lead generation.
- Receive and process bond payments, help facilitate collateral transactions.
- This is a W9 position and is contract to contract paid on commission.
Qualifications
- Current Wyoming Property and Casualty License
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Computer skills are a must!
