This is a SALES job on a daily route. This job is for someone who wants to work hard, with little supervision, and get paid well for it. Route sales experience is a plus.
Growing Mac Tools Franchise is looking for an experienced Route Driver/Store Manager. The job requires knowing how to drive a box truck (mobile store) from shop to shop. Route sales experience is a plus. In addition to sales, there are also other responsibilities that would resemble any store manager's position. This is a salary + commission job. Base pay is $900/week plus bonuses and commission. We currently have an open route with a start-up bonus program. Once you get your own route, commission will be available. (The right person for this job can make well over $100k/year.) Getting your own route is based on your ability to learn. We have open routes right now. Job can be based out of Villa Park, or Schaumburg depending on our needs at the time. We are specifically hiring for our Schaumburg location. Commissions are based on store performance (that means your performance.) As with any store manager position, the hours are more like 60/week. Start time is 6:00am. We usually finish by 6:00 pm.
