Rahnama Law is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Personal Injury Settlement Negotiator to join our growing litigation and pre-litigation team. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in negotiating bodily injury claims, maximizing case value, and managing complex personal injury files from intake through settlement.

Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through settlement resolution
- Review and analyze liability, medical records, insurance policies, wage loss documentation, and damages
- Prepare comprehensive demand packages and supporting settlement documentation
- Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to maximize case value and secure favorable settlements
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding treatment progress, case updates, and settlement strategy
- Identify and evaluate policy limits, coverage issues, comparative fault, and liability disputes
- Coordinate with medical providers regarding billing, records, liens, and treatment updates
- Work closely with attorneys and case managers to develop case strategy and escalation plans when litigation becomes necessary
- Maintain accurate and organized case notes using case management software and document management systems
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and negotiation progress to ensure timely case resolution
- Assist with settlement disbursements, reductions, and final closing procedures when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience handling personal injury claims or settlement negotiations
- Strong understanding of California personal injury law and insurance claim procedures
- Proven track record of negotiating and resolving bodily injury claims successfully
- Experience handling motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, rideshare claims, trucking accidents, and other injury matters preferred
- Ability to evaluate case value based on liability, treatment, damages, and policy exposure
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, treatment types, and injury documentation
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Experience with legal case management systems such as Lead Docket, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Clio, or similar platforms preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and digital document management systems
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

Pay: $51.00 - $62.00 per hour
