About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Aide HHA Russian Speaking to join our constantly caring team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care assistance to patients, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing/undressing, and ambulation. You will also assist with household tasks, such as making beds, changing linen, and laundry, and accompany patients to their doctor visits.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with personal care needs, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing/undressing, and ambulation, in accordance with the patient's individualized Plan of Care
Plan and prepare nutritious meals and assist in feeding patients as directed
Document services provided in accurate and timely manner in accordance with company policy and personal care plan
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Report any changes in the patient's condition or incidents to RN Supervisor
Carry out other duties as assigned
