Compensation Breakdown:
- $30–$45/hour base pay
- 5% commission on sold items
- $5,000 new hire bonus
- Monthly bonus opportunities ($1,700–$2,700)

Location: Sacramento, CA
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 8-12 hour shifts. Monday - Friday 6am - 4pm.
- Weekends optional.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience is preferred not required
- Proven ability to lead installations independently.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, airflow, and installation best practices.
- Working knowledge of California HVAC codes and regulations.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver HVAC equipment and materials.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Position Summary:
As a Lead HVAC Installer at Atticman Heating & Air, Insulation Inc., you'll earn $100,000–$160,000+ annually while leading residential HVAC installation projects throughout the Sacramento area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll run jobs from start to finish, lead installation crews, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the high standards that have made Atticman one of the region's fastest-growing home comfort companies.

Core Responsibilities:
- Leading residential HVAC installations from start to finish.
- Managing and developing installation crews while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Installing split systems, package units, ductwork, IAQ products, and related HVAC equipment.
- Verifying installations meet California code requirements and company quality standards.
- Maintaining clear communication with homeowners, management, and team members.
- Ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and without callbacks.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer comfort and recommending additional solutions when appropriate.
- Training and mentoring junior installers and helpers.
Pay: Up to $160,000.00 per year
