What You’ll Do
- Greet customers, listen carefully to vehicle concerns, and turn those concerns into accurate repair orders.
- Use your repair knowledge to communicate effectively with technicians and help prioritize shop workflow.
- Provide clear estimates, explain recommended repairs, and set realistic expectations for timing and cost.
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process and ensure a professional, confidence-building experience.
- Coordinate with parts and service teams to keep repairs moving and completed correctly.
- Help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service department performance through strong follow-up and communication.
- What We’re Looking For
- Extensive knowledge of automotive repair, diagnostics, maintenance services, and common vehicle systems.
- Previous experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or in a similar automotive service role.
- Ability to explain technical repair needs in a way customers can easily understand.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a busy shop environment.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Experience with repair orders, estimates, and service department systems is a plus.
