Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our dynamic hospitality team! Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain high standards of floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times
- Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, utilizing specialized equipment for deep cleaning projects
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or cleanliness deficiencies and report them promptly for resolution
- Uphold health and safety standards by adhering to proper cleaning procedures and using appropriate protective equipment
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed, including inventory control and scheduling support
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial services; hotel experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices and customer service principles is a plus
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not required
