Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and hallways using appropriate cleaning tools and products
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and managing waste disposal effectively
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to ensure a spotless finish
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally
- Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment operation to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning techniques across various surfaces and materials
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with commercial supplies for efficient operations
