American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position requiring ACLS, BLS, TNCC or TCAR, NIH, and EKG certifications with night shift availability.

13-week travel contract in a hospital ICU setting
-
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

May be required to float to Med/Surg Telemetry unit during low ICU census, with patient ratios of 5-6:1 when floating

Active TX RN license or a Compact RN license currently in hand

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC or TCAR, NIH Stroke Scale, 6 hours of Stroke education, and EKG course completion

2 supervisory references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration

The facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, which includes Marijuana — a positive result results in automatic cancellation with no exceptions; candidates should avoid anything that could cause a positive result, including CBD products

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted

Stroke education (6 hours) and EKG course completion can be provided if needed
