Join our team as a Reservation Agent where you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations within our tour company. Responsibilities:
- MOST IMPORTANT: Basic horse care & knowledge are a preferred, however we can train. You must be able to water horses between tours, temp them in warmer months, and learn some basic driving skills in order to allow tour guides time to get down to utilize the restroom facilities.
- Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone systems and online platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist guests with booking tours, answering queries, and providing information about hotel services.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Uphold the standards of hospitality by delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Skills:
- Proficiency in phone systems and reservation software.
- Strong background in or customer service roles, equine care or animal a plus.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Multilingual abilities are a definite plus for this role.
- Demonstrated experience in handling reservations.
