Position Summary
The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient service. This role requires strong communication skills, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming first impression
Guide guests through the menu with knowledge of food, beverages, and specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS
Deliver food and drinks in a timely, professional manner
Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns
Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
Follow all service, safety, and sanitation standards
Communicate effectively with kitchen and support teams
Contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture
Skills & Qualifications
Previous serving experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
Hospitality-driven mindset with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails is a plus
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
