This is not a high-pressure sales job. It’s about connecting with people, providing outstanding service, and helping physicians and healthcare providers feel confident referring their patients to our practice.
Every day is different, and you’ll spend your time visiting medical offices, strengthening referral relationships, coordinating educational events, and representing a practice known for exceptional patient care.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office managers, referral coordinators, therapists, urgent care centers, and other healthcare providers
Visit physician offices throughout the Houston/Sugar Land area
Introduce providers and services to new referral sources
Maintain regular contact with existing referral partners
Coordinate lunch-and-learn presentations and appreciation visits
Track outreach activities using Microsoft Excel and our CRM
Maintain an organized referral database
Help coordinate community outreach events and educational programs
Communicate with referring offices to ensure an outstanding referral experience
Work closely with our leadership team to help grow the practice

Qualifications
Experience as a Medical Assistant or in a healthcare office preferred
Experience working with physician offices or referral coordination is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience using a CRM is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
