Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented
- Greet guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and answer any questions about the breakfast offerings
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Replenish buffet items as needed, monitor food temperatures, and ensure cleanliness of serving areas throughout the shift
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, or assembling breakfast items under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy morning hours and special catering events
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering roles is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is essential
- Previous banquet or hospitality experience will be advantageous
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee service is a plus
- Ability to work early mornings, stand for extended periods, and lift moderate loads comfortably
- Demonstrated teamwork skills and a positive attitude in fast-paced settings
