Position Summary:
The Sr. Licensing Specialist role is designed to assist the Licensing Manager and SVP, Operational Risk with various licensing tasks related to company, branch and MLO licensing, surety bond administration, investor and broker applications and other administrative tasks as needed. This role will support licensing tasks and projects for Kind Lending, LLC and its affiliated entities.
Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for preparation and submission of Mortgage Loan Originator and Branch License Applications.

Assist with Mortgage Loan Originator Renewals and Continuing Education.

Responsible for maintaining records and spreadsheets of company and branch licensing.

Assist with investor and broker applications and renewals.

Responsible for Secretary of State & DBA Filings.

Responsible for Local Business Licenses.

Responsible for daily monitoring of Licensing Support Inbox.

Branch License & Compliance Posters Distribution.

Miscellaneous Administrative Support: Ordering checks, shipping documents, obtaining signatures, paying invoices, etc.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3 years of mortgage licensing and/or mortgage industry experience within the last 5 years (required).

Strong working knowledge of NMLS.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Visio, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to meet department efficiency and performance standards.

Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Pay Disclosure:
The starting base pay range for this position is $33.65/hour. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
