Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Body Contouring Specialist to join our innovative aesthetic team. Duties
- Perform non-invasive body contouring procedures using cutting-edge technology, ensuring safety and optimal results for each client
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, explain treatment options, and develop customized treatment plans
- Administer complementary treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser therapies as needed
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols in accordance with industry standards to ensure client safety
- Manage client appointments efficiently using salon or med spa software like Millennium or MINDBODY, and coordinate scheduling with front desk staff
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing maintenance strategies
- Engage in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting services, and building an active online community to attract new clients
Experience
- Proven experience working in the beauty or medical spa industry with a focus on aesthetic treatments such as body contouring, laser therapy, or injectables
- Strong knowledge of management practices within a salon or med spa setting, including retail sales and upselling techniques
- Hands-on experience administering botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and other skin rejuvenation procedures
- Familiarity with salon software platforms like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling, client records, and sales tracking
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and maintain high levels of customer service
- Background in esthetic laser treatment, body waxing, hair threading, nail care, makeup application, or hair styling is a plus
- Certification or licensing in nursing, cosmetology, esthetics, or related fields is preferred; ongoing training in new aesthetic technologies is encouraged
- Strong sanitation practices combined with attention to detail ensure a safe environment for clients and staff alike
